Architectural interiors

The first stage of the design is the interior concept. It includes: technical assignments from the customer ‐ references, special wishes for space filling, key points of creating planning solutions.

We also request a measurement plan of the accomodation. Next, the sortment of analogues of future interior trims and a search for a design image in the form of collages and sketches are conducted. Elaboration of several options for planning solutions. While working on the concept, we can highlight the features of the room and create an individual project taking into account the needs of the customer. After choosing the direction of the concept and collages, as well as agreeing on a planning solution, we begin to develop a draft project.

At this stage, we create photorealistic 3D renderings of the interior in specialized graphic programs. Visualizations allow you to fully convey the idea of the interior and emphasize its features.

Based on the preliminary design, a set of drawings is developed and specifications are selected for the implementation of the project. We approach each object from the point of view of usability and provide the customer with drawings of furniture and decor for the complete implementation of interior design.

We control the visual compliance of the renovation and design of the project. We advise construction teams during the work on the site and resolve any issues that arise. The author’s supervision of the implementation ensures that the customer receives an interior that exactly corresponds to the draft design.
