DIPLOMA OF THE FIRST DEGREE of the competition “Housing and urban environment ‐ best practices” ASSOCIATION OF DESIGNERS OF THE MOSCOW REGION
The project is an object of modern urbanism, combining the organicity of nature and modern technological solutions. The main ideology of the residential complex being developed is the creation of an architectural project corresponding to the concept of Biospheric compatibility. Living plants not only surround the object, but also form part of its facades, as well as penetrate into the interior space, which reflects the triumph of the union of man, his technical achievements and nature itself.
The unique facade solution of the project includes the use of a prosechno-exhaust grid, which gives the building an attractive appearance and ensures optimal integration of plants into its structure. This approach allows you to aesthetically hide external communications, create a memorable and practical architectural solution for facades, and also serve as a basis for climbing plants.
The residential building consists of three sections, with an average number of floors ‐ 6-8 floors. The total number of apartments in the house is 124. The placement of sections within the boundaries of the land plot creates the principle of a closed quarter and ensures the maximum level of solar insolation of the courtyard space and apartments.
The cottage village of La Vita includes a development area with residential block houses and a public area, which is represented by pools for children and adults, a cafe, a summer cinema and a playground.
The mild climate of the southern coast of Crimea, the fields of vineyards near the projected site, the mountainous terrain inspired the team of authors of the project to choose the architectural style of the project. To convey the atmosphere of the south of Italy, we used arched windows, brick-red tiles, natural colors in the decoration of facades. The terraces of the townhouses offer picturesque views of the sea, mountains, landscaping.
The project of Rem Akchurin Winery is a three-floored rectangular building in plan. The compositionally integral building of the wine complex is functionally divided into 3 blocks: the production floor, the restaurant and guest rooms on the 2nd floor, and they are united by a towering entrance group with glazing on two floors.
The architectural and compositional techniques used will allow visitors of the winery to enjoy not only the taste of exquisite Crimean wines, but also the picturesque view from the large archways and the outdoor area of the restaurant, while cozy terraces of the guest rooms and the infinity pool will create a unique Mediterranean atmosphere.
The residential complex KLEVER 2.0 (CLOVER 2.0) s a complex housing development consisting of four 16-storey residential buildings and parking for cars designed in the style of European modernism. Duplex apartments, landscaping with landforming, cozy lounge areas with hammocks, yoga, picnic and barbecue areas, parking with integrated sports and playgrounds and ergonomic apartment layouts.
The project provided for combined isolated and slab foundations, an inclined reinforced concrete roof slab and other interesting design features that are rare in use for buildings of this type. The laconic reinforced concrete frame of the building and the girderless floor construction provide more flexible and comfortable planning solutions. An open parking lot with landscaping elements on the roof is able to withstand the load from a fire truck. A spiral open ramp for cars complements the modern look of the residential quarter
Sanatorium-and-health-resort PTITSA is a building with a variable number of storeys in the form of a white bird rushing into the sea, with an exploited roof and terraces creates a unified impression, reflecting individuality and harmony with the environment. Water is the central theme of the project, it sounds like a leading idea, permeating the architecture of the entire project. The space with two tiers of windows creates a feeling of freedom and light. The “wings of the bird” will house commercial premises for various purposes, providing convenient access to all services.
The top floor will house a panoramic restaurant with a breathtaking view of the sea. The operating roof will be an ideal place for yoga and relaxation. The cleverly designed landscaped pedestrian route fully correspond to the concept of conscious improvement, where every detail is thought out, which allows for a level of maximum comfort and aesthetic completeness.
The winery combines two opposite styles: smooth streamlined shapes in the spirit of bionics and massive blank walls prevailing at the style of constructivism.
The building combines several functions: in the basement there are technical rooms for wine aging. On the ground floor there is a restaurant with a tasting room and administrative offices
Climbing the spiral staircase you find yourself on the second floor, where there are several exclusive apartments with amazing views of the vineyards. In the evening, thanks to the thoughtful orientation of the building, from the terrace of a restaurant or apartment, you can see off the sunset of the outgoing day, enjoying the silence and beauty of the Crimean nature.
Constructing low-rise buildings provides a sense of privacy and openness at the same time. Apartments with private patios and outdoor terraces on the upper floors provide privacy and access to nature. Сlothesrooms, kitchen niches and semi-niches ‐ all this is aimed at the effective use of the area of the apartments.
On the ground floors of residential buildings, the ceiling height is increased to 3.5 m. For storing seasonal items, the project provides separate cellars in the underground floor, and special rooms for strollers and bicycles in each entrance. The infrastructure of the complex includes everything necessary for a comfortable life: a school, a kindergarten, a shopping mall, sports clubs and a business center.
The business-class Residential complex DOLINA ROZ (VALLEY OF ROSES) is a modern space with a touch of Italian soul. Architectural elements include arches and glaring, giving the buildings a unique character, and the modern urban concept of a “City within a city” guarantying the availability of all necessary infrastructure.
The unique apartment layouts include duplex apartments with patios and terraces, spacious apartments with a kitchen-living room, penthouses on the upper floors, as well as main bedrooms and dressing rooms. Through passageways provide convenient access to public areas and the courtyard. One of the priority tasks of the project was to ensure the functional organization of the territory and infrastructure. A car-free courtyard and a completely enclosed area of the complex guarantee privacy and security.
The infrastructure of the complex is concentrated on the inner grounds, divided into functional zones and includes a built-in multifunctional sports ground, outdoor workout, swimming pool and playgrounds with a safe covering. Along the entire perimeter of the residential complex there are walking alleys with places to relax, as well as cleverly designed bicycle route.
The complex consists of three sections: houses of 10-12 floors and a stylobate. A single integrated public space, multi-level landscaping and a well-thought-out recreation area. Ergonomics of functional spaces and balanced areas. One of the features of the project is the presence of several functional zones.
The complex has a recreation area equipped with pergolas, wooden benches and hammocks for relaxation. The residential complex also provides a sports ground on the operated roof of the stylobate. A car-free courtyard, bicycle, wheelchair and individual storerooms and through passageways provide convenient access to public areas and the courtyard.
The multifunctional recreational complex for families with children with a health center in Massandra village. The building is an L-shaped apartment complex with a variable number of storeys of 4-9 floors and underground parking on the Southern coast of Crimea. The concept is based on the cascade terracing method. Special attention is paid to summer spaces, balconies and terraces where you can spend time in the midst of a nature reserve.
During the development of the project, we formulated the main principles of its implementation and, after analyzing the location assessment, identified the most important factors for each audience:
‐ Safety, peace and quiet are ensured thanks to its own closed territory and unique location
‐ Physical and mental health are supported by hiking trails and developed infrastructure
‐ Aesthetic enjoyment is achieved through architecture, landscaping and exotic plants.
The building is a single structure with different purposes: leisure areas, yoga areas, green rest area by the outdoor all-season pool, underground parking, private storerooms, a court chamber, spacious terraces and a closed private territory.
A neighborhood with a Mediterranean temperament. As part of the project, public spaces have been created, including linear parks, cozy courtyards with patios and terraces. Due to the variety of planning solutions, here you can find duplex apartments with a double-height kitchen-living room, apartments with terraces and apartments with individual entrance for those who prefer a more secluded lifestyle. The project also provides for underground parking.

ARCHRAZREZ 2023
The complex consists of 2 six-storey buildings connected by an embankment, along which there are spaces for adult sports and children’s games, as well as for celebrations. On the ground floors of the complex there is a SPA, a restaurant and spaces for children’s and adult leisure during the hot time of the day. The architectural image of the complex is a new interpretation of classical Greek architecture, as a tribute to the historical founders of the city of Yevpatoria. The arched facade also performs practical functions:
‐ forms the privacy of the terraces from prying eyes, while revealing amazing views of the sea,
‐ protects from the scorching sun, while allowing golden sunset rays to pass through.
The projected cottage settlement is located in Yevpatoria. The village consists of 133 houses: 106 apartments and 27 townhouses located 500 m from the sea shore, surrounded by healing lakes, sanatoriums and fitness complexes.
There is a modern restaurant with panoramic views on the territory of the village. The use of wooden panels in the decoration of facades provides excellent sound insulation properties. When designing the village, one of the main tasks of the architects was to create the most comfortable environment in a hot climate.
Duplex townhouses, private patio and private parking space. The location of the apartments and townhouses creates small cozy courtyards, which are equally pleasant to be in at any time of the day. The courtyards provide leisure areas for children and adults, sports grounds and private garden spaces.
